Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sinnersgear.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sinnersgear.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sinnersgear.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sinnersgear.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sinnersgear.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Sales Taxes
Sinnersgear.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Price Changes
Sinnersgear.com reserves the right to update and change prices without any prior notification or approval. In the event that a purchase is made of an item and the price is lowered following a purchase, notify Sinnersgear.com at support@sinnersgear.com for further information. Sinnersgear.com will review the purchase and price change and if found to be within 30 days of purchase, possibly refund the difference of purchase to lowered sales price dependent upon the product and updated price change.

Shipping Information:

Sinnersgear.com ships all items through UPS Ground or USPS Ground mail service. All orders taken online before 1:00 p.m. PST Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays), will be sent out same day. Any order recieved after 1:00 p.m. PST will be sent out for delivery the following business day. Notification of delivery will be made upon creation of shipment confirmation and a UPS or USPS tracking number will be issued. All packages sent UPS or USPS Ground should arrive within 3 - 10 working days. International shipping through FedEx or USPS should arrive within 14 - 28 working days from time of purchase. SINNERS, Gear & Apparel and Sinnersgear.com is not liable for any lost or damaged product once it is sent out for delivery. Insurance is included for every purchase, but must be handled with the respective courier for receipt.

In the case of a specialty item that specifically details a 4-6 week delivery, the item will be delivered within that time frame and no sooner or later than specified.

Return & Exchanges Policy:

Our success depends on your satisfaction. While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make educated online purchases, we know that sometimes there are differences between what you may see on screen compared to the product you receive. We advise that some colors may, but usually do not, vary from that seen on our website. In this case, we do not accept returns, but will accept exchanges. Please utilize our "Exchange Instructions" below.

If you receive a product that is defective and/or damaged, we will accept returns and will refund the amount of the product only after it has been recieved and inspected for damages. WE DO NOT REFUND ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS or RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Exchange Instructions:
To make an exchange, simply: (1) Include a copy of your final reciept and/or packing slip (if applicable) (2) Print and fill out the Sinnersgear.com EXCHANGE FORM, (2) return the particular *†merchandise in your securely wrapped package and send it to:

Your new item will be sent out and can be expected to arrive back to you no later than 7-10 working days depending on where the item is being shipped to.

* Sinnersgear.com will not accept clothes and/or merchandise that has been worn, washed or tampered with (altered, cut, written on, etc) in any way. Any merchandise that has been inspected and ruled as worn, washed or tampered with, will not be exchanged nor returned.

† Sinnersgear.com will only exchange an item for another item that is at the same price or value of the oringinally purchased product. If the purchased item was a PreSale item, only size exchanges are available.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Exchanges must be accompanied by a completed EXCHANGE FORM. All information must match our records as stated by purchase order information provided to us at time of sale and to the customer on the packing slip included in all shipped packages or receipt for all in-person sales.

2. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs for any reason. WE DO NOT REFUND ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS or RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. However, we will not charge for a re-shipment of an item being exchanged or returned item. That is our guarantee and promise of satisfaction to you, the customer.

In the event of a shipping error, please include the amount of your return shipping charges on the EXCHANGE FORM and return the package to us via a non-expedited shipping method such as UPS Ground. Sinnersgear.com will not be responsible for expedited return shipping charges.
